Orders and Shipping
For Domestic Express orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 1 and 3 business days.
For Domestic Standard orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 1 and 6 business days.
You can create an account on this page or during the checkout process, if you are not logged ind.
Go to My Account (and log in if you are not). On the My Account page you can find the Adresses tab in the left aligned menu. On this page you can change your shipping address.
Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. All packages send with Australia Post can be tracked on this page.

We only operate in Australia at the moment.
Yes. All items well be send in one package. If your order includes Pre-order items, your order will ship when the Pre-order items arrive.

Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
If your order arrives damaged, we will help open a case with Australia Post for compensation.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us as soon as possible and we will get in touch with Australia Post and help have your package redirected to the correct address.

Some products will occasionally have another print run, or come back in stock. In that case, the products will be enabled for Pre-order.
